My Story
I was born in the Midwest, where my dad’s family has been for decades; I moved to Charleston, SC, where my love of seafood was born. We then moved to East, TN, where I have lived for 20 years.
As a child, I traveled to Japan to visit my mom’s side of the family, which influenced my taste in food and pop culture. As an only child and with all the traveling, I spent a lot of time with my Gameboy or watching movies, which I loved, especially behind-the-scenes content, all of which would later, unbeknownst to me, influence my career choice! When I got the Star Wars trilogy on DVD for the first time, it came with a behind-the-scenes first look at Revenge of the Sith, which wasn’t out yet. Seeing how moves were made, stunt choreography and bloopers became my favorite feature on DVDs.
I was pursuing a career in Science when I took a film class out of my interest in movies. Through Adobe Premiere class, I discovered a love for editing. I’ve always liked jigsaw puzzles; editing is like putting those pieces together to create a whole picture. And that is why I am an EDITOR!
